About the role
This position offers an experienced Medical Science Liaison the chance to drive scientific engagement and clinical education across Europe, with a focus on women’s health and medical innovation. Working field‑based, you will act as a trusted scientific resource for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and clinical experts through regular scientific interactions.
- Conduct non‑promotional scientific discussions to support the understanding and application of clinical evidence.
- Represent the organization at regional and international congresses, conferences, and scientific meetings.
- Deliver high‑quality scientific and medical education programs to surgeons and healthcare professionals, both in‑person and virtually.
- Gather actionable medical insights from the field and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
- Respond to scientific and medical inquiries with accurate, evidence‑based information while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the development of scientific content, presentations, publications, abstracts, and educational materials.
- Provide scientific expertise to cross‑functional initiatives involving Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Medical Education teams.
Required profile
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent) in a scientific, medical or healthcare‑related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison or similar field‑based roles within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Experience in breast aesthetics, reconstructive surgery, cosmetic procedures or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
- Strong scientific acumen with the ability to interpret and discuss complex clinical data.
Required skills
- Expertise in scientific communication and medical education.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for medical information.
