Medical Billing Trainer – Remote

About the role

Pharmbills is seeking a Medical Billing Trainer to deliver virtual training that empowers new and existing team members in U.S. healthcare billing. You will simplify complex billing processes, support learner growth, and help build a high‑performing healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and current staff.
• Guide trainees through medical billing processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Assess learning progress through quizzes, practical exercises, and feedback.
• Coach employees to build confidence and ensure knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to identify training needs and improve programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, SOPs, and documentation.
• Track training results and keep attendance and performance records.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, claims, or a related revenue‑cycle role.
• Experience delivering virtual training or coaching is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed.
