Mechanical Engineer – Aerospace Components

About the role

Quest Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop aerospace components and assemblies. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from concept through production, in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop aerospace parts using CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
• Support the product lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, validation, and production.
• Perform structural and tolerance analyses to verify designs.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design or production issues.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, FAA, FAR/DFAR) where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or a related industry.
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).
• Strong understanding of GD&T, materials, and mechanical design principles.
• Experience with aerospace standards and documentation requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
