Master Data Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Master Data Management Specialist to join Bosch Group’s Lisbon hub. In this role you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of global master data processes, ensuring data quality across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and evolve the global Master Data Management (MDM) framework and cross‑system master data processes.
• Define and introduce data standards and methods in collaboration with engineering, controlling, supply chain and other business units.
• Lead or support MDM project initiatives such as roll‑outs and governance, conduct process analyses and develop requirement concepts.
• Perform change impact analyses and derive necessary process and organisational changes.
• Create documentation, training materials and deliver training sessions to stakeholders.
• Act as the central consultant for departments and business units worldwide on master data matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field (Bachelor or Master).
• Several years of professional experience in master data management and data/process modelling of complex scenarios.
• Strong analytical mindset, structured approach and ability to work with international teams.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP and SAP MDG for master data object mapping.
• Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Familiarity with logistics and reporting systems used in large enterprises.
