Master Data Management Specialist – Global MDM Projects

About the role

As a Master Data Management Specialist you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Bosch's global master data processes. You will work across engineering, supply chain, finance and other business units to ensure data quality and consistency worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and evolve the global Master Data Management (MDM) framework and cross‑system data processes.
• Define and introduce standards and methods in collaboration with engineering, controlling, supply chain and central departments.
• Lead or support MDM project initiatives such as roll‑outs, governance setups and process analyses.
• Conduct impact analyses and derive required organizational and process changes.
• Create documentation, training materials and deliver training sessions to global stakeholders.
• Act as the central consultant and point of contact for departments and business units on master data topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in master data management and in data/process modeling of complex scenarios.
• Strong analytical mindset, structured approach and ability to consider client needs.
• Excellent English language skills and willingness to travel internationally.
