Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support United Hospitality Management’s regional marketing initiatives, working closely with the Director of Marketing and the Regional Assistant Director of Marketing. This hands‑on role combines campaign implementation, content creation, graphic design and digital marketing to ensure consistent brand execution across hotels and corporate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director of Marketing and Corporate Marketing Manager on corporate‑level projects, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
• Develop, adapt and update marketing assets for digital and offline channels, including presentations, social media content, newsletters, brochures, website and email campaigns.
• Produce and edit graphics, photos and video, coordinating shoots as needed.
• Support digital marketing activities such as paid media (Google, Meta), SEO/SEM, website updates and email marketing.
• Prepare performance data, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day requirements with internal teams, agencies and external partners.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.

• Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• SEO tools and SEM knowledge.
• Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Content Management Systems.
• Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for graphic design.
