Marketing Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to bring together content, platform and email delivery within Google’s regional marketing communications program into one coherent, consistently run operation. This internal‑facing role does not own a client relationship but is accountable for aligning the team’s fronts, ensuring quality and reporting consistency, and providing coaching and capacity support as the team scales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of integration connecting content, platform operations and email development, coordinating specialist teams into a unified workflow.
• Maintain narrative and visual consistency across communications channels, reviewing live output and supporting recurring content strategy discussions.
• Manage workload and capacity balancing across creative and production resources, extending tracking and reporting tools for shared visibility.
• Coach team members, helping them scope and negotiate priorities, and use insights on time allocation to drive process improvements.
• Identify scope creep and emerging risks early, supporting standardized reporting using existing dashboards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, account management, or operations delivery, preferably in marketing, content, or digital production.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (content, design, development) and manage stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools in a fast‑moving, ticket‑driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with sound judgment on escalation.
• People‑management experience, capable of coaching a small team.
