About the role

As a Marketing Manager at CrucialPoint, you will lead outbound marketing initiatives to generate high‑quality leads and boost brand awareness for an e‑commerce retention agency. This remote, part‑time role focuses on paid advertising, cold‑email outreach, and content marketing, with success measured by lead volume and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation.
• Manage paid ad campaigns, cold‑email outreach, and other outbound initiatives.
• Oversee content marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Analyze campaign performance, test new tactics, and optimize for ROI.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or outbound marketing within an agency or B2B environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
