Marketing Manager – Portugal

About the role

As the Marketing Manager for Portugal, you will lead the growth and commercialization of our product portfolio within the Home and Cleaning Solutions business. You will work closely with regional and global teams to align strategies and deliver impactful brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned product portfolio, including launches, commercialization, profitability tracking, and go‑to‑market execution.
• Develop product, pricing, and revenue management strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise brand positioning.
• Lead the development and execution of media campaigns (digital and traditional) to support brand and business goals.
• Drive the digital customer journey across paid, owned, shared, and earned channels, ensuring delivery against key KPIs.
• Create customer selling stories, support line reviews, and collaborate with Sales to maximise product visibility, distribution and growth.
• Manage the category A&P budget, ensuring effective investment allocation and strong return on marketing spend.
• Monitor category performance (sales, P&L, gross margin, consumer satisfaction) and implement actions for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing external agencies and vendors.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights and category performance.
• Experience using market data and analytics tools to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
