Marketing Manager

About the role

Cabrera Auto is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will drive digital campaigns, enhance market share, and ensure customer satisfaction through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and control annual marketing plans and strategies for diverse business lines.
• Identify market needs, create pricing and offer strategies, and maximize company profits.
• Design and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, SEM, email, AI tools, Meta, graphic/video ads, native advertising, local classifieds, and e‑commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with internal content and media buying teams to create cohesive communication strategies.
• Analyze financial aspects of marketing plans, including budgets, ROI, P&L, and forecast sales performance.
• Monitor sales metrics, media effectiveness, and customer feedback across all social channels.
• Lead, train, and supervise the marketing team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and event partners in line with marketing plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, pricing strategy, and profit optimization.
• Ability to work closely with product manufacturers and sales managers on seasonal approaches.
• Up‑to‑date certifications for media buying and digital advertising.
