Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Group’s marketing function and shape the strategy across all brands and business units. Reporting directly to the Executive Board, you will ensure that every marketing initiative drives growth, strengthens our brands and delivers measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s overall marketing strategy across all business units, translating commercial objectives into integrated plans.
• Identify new growth opportunities, customer acquisition initiatives and brand positioning strategies.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team covering social media, paid media, PR, design and content.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, creative partners, media and freelancers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Protect and strengthen each brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint and leading brand launches or repositioning.
• Oversee the Group’s social media strategy, plan paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn, and analyse performance to optimise investment.
• Develop and execute PR strategies, maintain media relationships and coordinate corporate communications, including press releases and sales collateral.
• Coordinate marketing calendars across multiple business units to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience, reporting to executive boards.
• Track record of developing and implementing multi‑business unit marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate market insights into commercial actions.
