Marketing Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end campaigns for its EdTech platform. You will work directly on campaign creation, launch, and optimisation, using AI tools to achieve the scale of a full marketing team while operating remotely or from our Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, prompt pipelines and automation platforms to streamline workflow and amplify impact.
• Analyse performance data across channels, quickly discontinue under‑performing tactics and double‑down on winners.
• Collaborate with product, growth and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with the brand’s vision.
• Maintain a bias‑to‑action mindset, launching scrappy experiments weekly rather than waiting for perfect plans.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a fast‑moving startup or EdTech environment.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written communication skills.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable interpreting metrics and iterating quickly.
• Self‑starter who enjoys building campaigns from scratch rather than managing agencies.
