Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Marketing Executive at icligo, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement the company’s marketing strategy, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous evolution of icligo’s marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Translate business objectives into integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns across email, social media, paid media, website, events and internal communications.
• Act as final quality control for all marketing and communication materials.
• Coordinate the marketing calendar with Design, Content and other teams.
• Prepare briefs and manage production of assets with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across every customer and community touchpoint.
• Review, adapt and optimise marketing copy, presentations and internal communications.
• Support localisation of materials for international markets.
• Collaborate on product launches, brand activations, community initiatives and corporate events.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Work with CRM, automation and digital marketing platforms to improve effectiveness.
• Explore new technologies, including AI‑powered marketing tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing or Integrated Marketing roles.
• Proven experience managing multi‑channel campaigns from planning to execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and performance analysis.
