Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

Promote on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social media channels to drive revenue and support overall hotel goals. Build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns and activated channels that increase consumer awareness, preference and market share for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the hotel, including budgets and promotional plans.
• Manage the hotel’s digital presence across the website, third‑party channels and social media, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate partnerships and public‑relations activities, working with regional e‑commerce and marketing teams.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet RevPAR and market‑share targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in marketing and communication, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
