Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

The Lisbon Marriott Hotel is seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager to drive brand‑aligned messaging across traditional, digital and social channels. You will support revenue goals, showcase food‑and‑beverage offers and strengthen the hotel’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute direct‑marketing plans, targeted campaigns and multi‑channel activations.
• Promote on‑brand messaging to guests and local patrons through digital, social and traditional media.
• Liaise with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Manage internal and external communications, including the property website, third‑party channels and social platforms.
• Activate partnership opportunities, third‑party sites and CVBs to expand reach.
• Report campaign performance to Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
• Previous experience in Marketing & Communication, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
• Proactive, flexible and results‑oriented attitude.
