About the role

The Marketing & Commercial Strategy Lead will design and execute integrated marketing and commercial activation strategies across client portfolios. This senior position blends strategic thinking, creativity, and data‑driven decision‑making to drive measurable business impact and strengthen brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and lead annual planning, campaign development, and strategic roadmaps.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Design and execute in‑store, channel‑specific, and experiential activations, overseeing POS production, visual merchandising, and vendor coordination.
• Lead multi‑channel integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital), collaborating with creative, media, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Drive organic growth within existing accounts, support new‑business pitches, and manage budgets for financial efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, oversee field execution, and mentor junior members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications or related field; MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.
• 6–8+ years of experience in advertising agencies, marketing, or trade‑marketing roles.
• Proven track record managing integrated campaigns and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of retail, shopper marketing, and brand activations.
• Experience leading teams and working with corporate clients.
