Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

The Manufacturing Supervisor leads the execution of production plans in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role ensures that all manufacturing and packaging activities meet quality, safety and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations, assigning tasks to operators and mechanics to meet production targets.
• Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure facilities are kept in compliance.
• Review and approve manufacturing and packaging records as needed.
• Drive environmental, health and safety compliance, including ISO 14001, PPE use, fire protection, spill reporting and LockOut/TagOut procedures.
• Support special projects and initiatives aligned with the company’s business plan.
• Facilitate employee development, coaching, weekly communication and recognition.

Required profile

• Availability to work the Second Shift (1:15 PM‑9:45 PM) or Third Shift (9:45 PM‑5:45 AM).
• Proven experience supervising manufacturing teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong ability to train, coach and communicate with staff.
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
