Manufacturing Site Procurement Analyst

About the role

Join Lilly’s manufacturing procurement team to drive supply resiliency across two critical sites. You will lead sourcing initiatives, manage indirect materials, and support the continuous delivery of life‑changing medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage indirect materials and services to keep manufacturing schedules on track.
• Lead RFPs and sourcing projects from requirements gathering through vendor selection and contracting.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and support strategic negotiations.
• Analyze spending and market trends to recommend sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assess and mitigate supply‑chain risk, including vendor financial evaluations.
• Partner cross‑functionally with business owners, corporate procurement, and legal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable using AI tools, working in a 24/7 environment, and handling multiple priorities.
