Manager, Quota & Analytics

About the role

Mastercard is investing in the transformation of its global sales incentives framework, modernising how performance is rewarded and scaling sales motions. The Manager, Quota & Analytics will support the development and execution of strategy, design, and operations for enterprise sales incentives, quota setting, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy the annual quota‑setting methodology, translating Finance and production goals into seller‑, role‑, and territory‑level quotas worldwide.
• Integrate KPI, product, and initiative targets from Finance, Product, Regional, and Specialist teams into a single coherent quota framework.
• Manage the annual quota validation process, coordinating a two‑week review with Sales Leadership and Finance Business Partners.
• Ensure quota fairness, equity, and documentation of assumptions, adjustments, and approvals.
• Oversee quota‑ and incentive‑related ticket governance, including intake, prioritisation, adjudication, ageing analysis, and overdue reporting.
• Maintain analytics on quota relief requests, tracking financial impact, trends, and policy adherence.
• Support quarterly sales incentives and pipeline reviews, providing insights into quota attainment, risk areas, and performance trends.

Required profile

• Experience designing and operating standardised programme frameworks and governance structures.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans and recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Strategic and collaborative approach across multiple business lines, functions, and regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
