Manager, Purchase to Pay Center of Excellence

About the role

You will support the Leader of Accounts Payable within the Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence and drive key Purchase‑to‑Pay initiatives across the EMENA region. The role combines process optimisation, automation and close collaboration with a shared services centre.

Key responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements for PTP process optimisation and automation.
• Implement and support Vendor Invoice Management solutions such as xFlow and OpenText for SAP.
• Coordinate PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region.
• Identify functional issues, harmonisation opportunities and create documentation and work instructions for the BPO provider.
• Design and optimise PTP processes and solutions.
• Prepare and analyse monthly performance reports for country organisations.
• Work independently while collaborating with the central CoE team in Germany.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PTP environment (SSC, finance operations, process consulting).
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to dive into technical topics and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Motivation to work in a highly international setting.

Required skills

• Vendor Invoice Management tools: xFlow, OpenText.
• SAP modules: MM, FI.
• PTP platforms such as Ariba.
