Manager, Center of Excellence (CoE), Purchase to Pay

About the role

You will support the Leader of Accounts Payable within the Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence and help drive key Purchase‑to‑Pay initiatives across the EMENA region. The role combines process optimisation, automation and coordination of external shared‑service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements for process optimisation and automation in Accounts Payable.
• Implement and support Vendor Invoice Management solutions such as xFlow or OpenText for SAP.
• Coordinate PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region.
• Identify functional and process‑related issues, propose harmonisation, and create documentation and work instructions for the BPO provider.
• Implement new processes and optimise existing PTP solutions.
• Prepare and analyse monthly performance evaluations for country organisations.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the central CoE team in Germany.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable PTP role (SSC, finance operations, process consulting).
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and a structured, self‑directed work style.
• Passion for innovation and ability to dive deep into technical topics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (MM/FI) knowledge.
• Experience with PTP platforms such as ARIBA.
• Familiarity with Vendor Invoice Management solutions (xFlow, OpenText).
