Manager, Center of Excellence (CoE), Purchase to Pay

About the role

You will support the Leader Accounts Payable within the Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence and drive key Purchase‑to‑Pay initiatives across the EMENA region. The role combines process optimisation, automation and close collaboration with a shared services provider.

Key responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements for process optimisation and automation in Accounts Payable.
• Implement and support Vendor Invoice Management solutions such as xFlow and OpenText for SAP.
• Coordinate PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region.
• Identify functional issues, harmonisation opportunities and create documentation and work instructions for the BPO provider.
• Implement new processes and optimise existing PTP solutions.
• Prepare and analyse monthly performance evaluations for country organisations.
• Work independently while collaborating with the central CoE team in Germany.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PTP environment (SSC, finance operations, process consulting).
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Motivation for innovation and working in a highly international setting.

Required skills

• SAP (MM/FI) knowledge.
• Experience with Vendor Invoice Management tools such as xFlow or OpenText.
• Familiarity with ARIBA or similar PTP platforms.
