Management Consultant – Document Licensing

About the role

Mercor is seeking a remote Management Consultant to evaluate the structural richness and visual polish of client‑submitted documents. You will work on a contract basis, reviewing .DOCX files to ensure they meet high‑quality standards and legal compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess .DOCX documents for client‑ready exhibits, callouts, roadmap tables, and overall formatting discipline.
• Verify compliance with legal rights and confidentiality restrictions.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve document quality and adherence to Mercur’s standards.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while maintaining document integrity.

Required profile

• Experience handling .DOCX files and creating client‑ready exhibits.
• Strong attention to formatting detail and visual presentation.
• Legal right to share and review submitted documents.
