Major Accounts Manager – Hospitality (EMEA)

About the role

As the Major Accounts Manager for Hospitality in the EMEA region, you will drive global agreements with hotel operators and management companies, ensuring Uniguest’s solutions are approved worldwide. You will work closely with regional sales teams, acting as an overlay to help them succeed within the accounts you oversee.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hotel operators, management companies and consultants across EMEA.
• Identify key stakeholders, map decision‑makers and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Create and execute a targeted new‑business sales strategy in coordination with local sales teams.
• Support channel partners with guidelines, opening information and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account and contact data in Salesforce CRM.
• Present Uniguest’s portfolio, run early‑stage demos with pre‑sales support, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Attend industry events, follow up leads and progress opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Organised, thorough and strong time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and negotiate effectively.
• Commercially minded, goal‑oriented and comfortable within the hospitality ecosystem.
• Experience in AV/IT and working with consultants, system integrators and major reseller/channel partners.
• Fluent French.
• 5+ years selling technology to hotel groups.
• Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region.
