Maintenance Technician – Industrial Production

About the role

Join a leading Dutch manufacturing partner as a Maintenance Technician and ensure highly automated production lines run safely and efficiently. You will work on modern industrial equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and support continuous‑improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Troubleshoot PLC‑controlled production equipment.
• Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors and drives.
• Carry out inspections, record activities in a maintenance management system, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support equipment upgrades and installation projects.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams while adhering to health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven ability to work in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills.
• Good English communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.
