Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Körber is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a professional maintenance team responsible for high‑performing automated storage systems within its Supply Chain Business Area. You will ensure safe, efficient operations while supporting project delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise planned work of employees in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).
• Monitor project progress, report incidents, and produce detailed progress reports, highlighting electrical or mechanical issues.
• Verify execution and documentation of mechanical/electrical tests and submit results to relevant departments.
• Update mechanical, electrical and automation drawings with site modifications and return them to design engineers.
• Support the Site Manager and H&S Advisor to promote safe working practices and aim for zero accidents.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, aligning them with project objectives and deadlines.
• Track project costs, timelines and resources, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement by re‑evaluating processes, work methods and optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical‑vocational qualification in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial installations, logistics, manufacturing or construction.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical installations; automation experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in project supervision, team coordination and subcontractor management.
• Good understanding of on‑site health & safety requirements and safe working procedures.
• Strong planning, organisation, communication and team‑leadership abilities.
