Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead our maintenance and infrastructure team. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring safety, budget control, and spare‑parts management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan.
• Define the annual department budget and control its execution.
• Promote a safety and quality‑first mindset throughout operations.
• Manage external suppliers of services and materials.
• Maintain and improve departmental KPIs.
• Oversee spare‑parts inventory.
• Drive team development, motivation and alignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Define and implement CapEx replacements.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related field).
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with people‑management focus.
• Organized and structured work approach.
• Fluent English.
