Logistics Specialist – Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Logistics Specialist to own and optimise end‑to‑end delivery and reverse‑logistics flows for our Southern Europe cluster (Portugal, Spain and Italy). Reporting to the Senior Team Lead for Warehouse to Delivery, you will work closely with S&OP, Transportation, Network Management, Customer Excellence and Tech & Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor and continuously improve delivery and returns processes to ensure high service reliability and operational efficiency.
• Manage logistics partner performance, enforce SLA compliance and drive cost‑effective improvements through data‑driven actions.
• Plan routing, capacity and partner allocation, preparing the network for demand variability and peak periods.
• Identify and resolve operational issues such as delays, failed pickups, damages and complaints, conducting root‑cause analysis and implementing scalable corrective actions.
• Define, track and optimise KPIs including OTIF, ROTIF, delivery time and CSAT to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities, support new launches and drive process enhancements across the logistics ecosystem.
• Partner with Tech & Engineering to automate manual tasks, improve scalability and increase visibility of logistics operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery, transportation or logistics management within FMCG, e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
