Logistics Specialist – Coordinate Shipments and Stock

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Specialist to join our ICT / Office Management team in Lisbon. The role will support daily logistics operations, ensuring that internal IT assets and customer shipments are moved efficiently, on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, monitor delivery performance and resolve issues.
• Receive, unbox and sort incoming cargo, preparing items for internal distribution or customer delivery.
• Track shipments end‑to‑end, maintain accurate records in the logistics system and update stakeholders.
• Manage stock levels of IT equipment, perform regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to optimise routing and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Foundational experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Good communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of shipment tracking and inventory management processes.
