Logistics Manager – EMEA & LATAM Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead and continuously improve Ergomotion’s logistics operations across EMEA and LATAM. Based in Lisbon, you will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure products move efficiently and customers receive reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound transportation across EMEA and LATAM, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage shipping, customs and transport documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor transport performance, delivery times and logistics costs, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control and stock accuracy, including annual physical inventory.
• Drive process optimisation, scalability and continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
• Lead, develop and organise the logistics team, setting priorities and fostering ownership.
• Act as a trusted business partner for internal stakeholders, providing proactive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing logistics operations in a multi‑regional environment.
• Strong understanding of transportation, customs compliance and warehouse management.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement cost‑effective solutions.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team development and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
