Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator to own ÉSLUMIÈRE’s end‑to‑end shipping operation. In this pre‑launch phase you will ensure high‑value, limited‑edition luxury pieces reach international clients safely, on time, and fully compliant with customs and certification requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Select, negotiate and manage relationships with international carriers specialised in high‑value goods, comparing rates, delivery times and service levels.
• Ensure all shipments meet certification, authenticity and documentation standards, handling export/import paperwork and customs regulations.
• Coordinate preparation, packaging, labelling, pickup and delivery, track shipments in real time and resolve delays, damage or loss.
• Act as the primary liaison between warehouse, carriers and customer‑experience teams, managing returns and exchanges.
• Maintain audit‑ready records for every shipment and build scalable logistics processes from scratch, identifying automation opportunities.
