Logistics Analyst

About the role

Indie Campers is seeking a Logistics Analyst to coordinate fleet logistics operations and support the efficient movement of vehicles, materials, and resources across multiple locations. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will work closely with regional colleagues and local teams to ensure fleet availability, maintain quality standards, and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and improve fleet and asset management procedures within the assigned region.
• Execute vehicle in‑fleeting, intervention management, and de‑fleeting processes to maximize fleet availability.
• Assist local operations teams with vehicle interventions and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics operations with internal teams and external partners.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with global fleet partners.
• Monitor and optimize vehicle operating costs and track operational KPIs.
• Support regional expansion projects and the setup of new locations.
• Contribute to data‑driven decision‑making to improve performance and efficiency.

Required profile

• Background in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement or operational management.
• Hands‑on, action‑oriented mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems.
