Local Security Governance Expert – Portugal & Spain

About the role

Join Bosch's Automotive Electronics division in Braga as a Local Security Governance Expert. You will be responsible for overseeing physical security management systems across Bosch sites in Portugal and Vigo, Spain, ensuring robust security frameworks and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the security governance framework for Portugal and Vigo sites.
• Monitor implementation of security requirements and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary contact for security issues at site level.
• Lead crime prevention, operational investigations and support the compliance office.
• Deliver internal training and qualification programs related to security.

Required profile

• Significant experience in industrial security management.
• Academic education or certification in Security or Risk Management.
• Proven background in private security investigations and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of national security issues such as organized crime.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate complex security matters to senior management and contractors.
