LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to design, launch, and continuously optimise outbound campaigns for a fast‑growing AI startup. You will own the end‑to‑end process, from market research and audience definition to messaging, execution, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Learn each client’s product, market, positioning and sales process to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer segments.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and complementary data sources.
• Craft personalized connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups and variations that drive genuine replies.
• Launch and monitor LinkedIn outbound campaigns, tracking acceptance, reply, meeting and lead‑quality metrics.
• Identify under‑performing elements, run structured A/B tests, and iterate quickly to scale successful tactics.
• Document test results, insights and create repeatable playbooks for the broader team.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and optimising B2B outbound campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Strong ability to research ICPs, segment audiences and uncover buying signals.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Self‑starter with ownership mindset, comfortable managing full‑cycle campaigns remotely.
