Legal Solutions Manager

About the role

The Legal Solutions Manager supports the Legal Solutions function by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department. This role focuses on implementing processes, managing legal technology tools, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making to help the legal team deliver high‑quality services.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of legal processes, policies, and workflows.
• Administer and promote adoption of legal technology tools.
• Contribute to process‑automation initiatives.
• Manage small‑sized projects from concept through implementation.
• Prepare regular dashboards and reports for legal leadership.
• Serve as first point of contact for users of legal tools, providing troubleshooting and training.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and rollouts.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation of legal processes and controls.

Required profile

• Process‑oriented with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Strong digital and technology affinity.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible, tenacious, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Collaborative and proactive approach.

Required skills

• 3+ years of corporate experience in general corporate, transactional and commercial legal fields.
• Experience working with multinational companies.
• Good understanding of technology and practical knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft365 and standard MS‑Office tools.
