Learning Design and Community Manager

About the role

Sama is seeking a hands‑on Learning Design and Community Manager to drive the health of its global coach community and shape learning programs for clients. This remote position blends community stewardship with curriculum development, ensuring coaches feel supported while delivering high‑impact training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for coach queries, onboarding, and feedback.
• Design, schedule, and run webinars, events, and communication touchpoints that foster coach engagement and professional growth.
• Maintain accurate coach records—including capabilities, certifications, expertise, and performance data.
• Monitor coach engagement metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Growth Team to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and coaching programs that leverage the global coach network.
• Tailor existing programs to meet specific client needs and contribute community insights to Marketing, Product, and Sales.

Required profile

• Solid corporate L&D experience, preferably in professional or financial services.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into well‑structured learning programs.
• Comfort with operational and administrative tasks such as record‑keeping, scheduling, and reporting.
• Experience in startup, consulting, or freelance environments with limited infrastructure.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills for both coaches and clients.
• Self‑starter who can prioritize independently in a fast‑moving setting.
