Lead Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

Coach, a global fashion house within the Tapestry portfolio, is looking for a Lead Supervisor to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and embody the brand’s values. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting team development and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Implement company initiatives, monitor sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate team members, providing feedback and coaching to meet individual and business goals.
• Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards across the store.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture, mentor the team on clienteling strategies, and support long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures (25 lb regularly, up to 50 lb occasionally).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and drive results.
