Lead Project Manager – Industrialization & Digital Transformation

About the role

As an Expert Project Manager – Industrialization & Digital Transformation, you will lead strategic initiatives for a leading technology client, driving the modernization of industrial processes and digital infrastructure. The position is based in Portugal with a hybrid work model, allowing up to three remote days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional development teams to ensure seamless project delivery aligned with strategic goals.
• Support the team leader in establishing new industrialization areas and transversal initiatives.
• Oversee the industrialization of CI/CD pipelines, API Gateway implementation, and governance standards.
• Manage development and standardisation of transversal assets to optimise efficiency.
• Lead integration and deployment of AI4Tech solutions to enhance operational intelligence.
• Ensure data anonymisation processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Orchestrate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for maximum impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within industrial automation or digital transformation.
• Proven expertise in managing complex technological initiatives such as CI/CD pipelines, API gateways, and AI integrations.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience coordinating diverse teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills in English and French (fluent).
• Knowledge of data‑privacy, anonymisation techniques and compliance standards.
