Lead Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of robust software solutions for our clients. The role involves overseeing the full software development life cycle, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality, market‑ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and document software architecture, including hardware and software components.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct unit and UAT testing to guarantee bug‑free releases.
• Collaborate with clients to implement solutions and gather continuous user feedback.
• Produce technical documentation such as layouts, requirement tables, and flowcharts.
• Maintain version control using Git and participate in CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Strong teamwork, time‑management, and independent work capabilities.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with SDLC, MS SQL Server.NET Core, and C# development.
