Lawyer – Corporate & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Lawyer to join our team in the Porto Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will support Urbanis Porto’s operations and projects by reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. You will provide legal advice, conduct research and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents for corporate, real‑estate and urban‑development projects.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to internal stakeholders and prepare legal opinions, reports and procedural documents for courts and public entities.
• Conduct legal research and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and monitor ongoing cases, administrative procedures and coordinate with external law firms and public authorities.
• Prepare reports and briefs on legal risks and opportunities and contribute to internal policy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and a valid licence to practice in Portugal.
• Proven experience in corporate, commercial, real‑estate or administrative law.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a high ethical standard.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research software.
