Latvian Content Moderator – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a native Latvian speaker to join our Lisbon office as a Content Moderator. You will work on an online platform, reviewing user‑generated video content and ensuring it complies with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user‑generated video content.
• Delete, block, or filter content that violates platform policies.
• Organise and categorise reviewed content for further analysis.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Latvian (oral and written).
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) proficiency.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Comfortable reviewing potentially violent or explicit material without bias.
• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high volumes and changing demands.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift rotation (40 hours per week).
