Lab Assistant Confidence Validation Services

About the role

The Lab Assistant Confidence Validation Services will be responsible for performing microbiological and physicochemical tests according to written validation protocols. The role includes interpreting results, completing and reviewing laboratory data, and submitting records for final approval.

Key responsibilities

• Perform viability, bacterial challenge, product‑specific integrity and chemical compatibility tests following Sartorius SOPs.
• Prepare strains, culture media, test solutions and reagents for all laboratory tests.
• Handle biological indicators, cultures, chemicals and test solutions in compliance with regulations.
• Complete laboratory data forms, interpret results and review them with the laboratory manager.
• Investigate deviations or out‑of‑specification results and document findings.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, monitor environmental conditions and manage inventory of consumables.
• Qualify, calibrate and maintain relevant equipment, and assist in SOP maintenance.

Required profile

• Academic or technical degree in sciences, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including academic training.
• Good understanding of GMP requirements and familiarity with microbiological analysis.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Microbiological analysis testing.
• Operation of laboratory equipment related to validation tests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
