KYC Team Leader

About the role

The Know Your Client (KYC) Team Leader will manage a team of KYC Officers, ensuring that all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role combines operational oversight, quality assurance, and continuous improvement to deliver high‑level service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define objectives and conduct regular performance reviews with each team member.
• Ensure team results meet quality targets and deadlines.
• Promote strong team spirit and customer focus across all KYC officers and stakeholders.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) accurately and timely to management.
• Identify, propose, and implement continuous‑improvement and change‑management solutions.
• Manage team resources, including reorganization, mobility, and recruitment as needed.
• Communicate team activity updates and potential issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procedures, perform management controls, and investigate incidents.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law or Compliance with 3‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of compliance vigilance and KYC regulations.
• Strong ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and develop team members.
• Excellent organisational skills and capacity to support change initiatives.
• Fluent English communication skills.
