Key Account Manager – Real Estate Origination (Lisbon)

About the role

The Unison team is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial professional to originate, manage and close real‑estate investment opportunities in Lisbon. Reporting to the Managing Director of Origination, you will be the first point of contact for property owners and will build a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to transaction closing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing through closing.
• Engage prospective clients with a consultative approach to expand the pipeline.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets related to lead conversion and closings.
• Monitor and report on pipeline health using CRM and waterfall metrics.
• Provide input on data‑mining, CRM design and marketing initiatives to improve the origination process.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain competitive market positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent B2C sales experience.
• Strong business acumen with natural sales talent.
• Proven negotiation experience from sourcing to close.
• Familiarity with real‑estate closing processes and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
• Experience in commercial real‑estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition or renewables is a plus.
• High ethical standards, collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
