Key Account Manager – eCommerce (Lisbon, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to join a leading European e‑commerce business as it expands its commercial team in Portugal. Based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model, you will act as the main liaison between the company and top fashion, sportswear and lifestyle brands, driving growth in the Portuguese market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic brand partners.
• Identify and secure new commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, promotional activity and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate the launch and execution of online campaigns.
• Monitor sales, margins and profitability, providing regular performance analysis.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing, finance and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and improve commercial results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial experience in key account management, business development or related fields.
• Proven track record negotiating and managing relationships with fashion, sportswear or lifestyle brands.
• Commercially driven with a hunter mentality.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for e‑commerce and consumer brands.
