Junior Software Engineer (AI-First)

About the role

Attune is building an AI‑powered coaching platform that turns real conversation data into actionable insights. As a Junior Software Engineer you will join a small, focused team and work closely with senior engineers and product leads to develop core AI‑driven features. This is an early‑stage, high‑ownership role where you will see your code shipped to real users from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI‑powered product features that process real user conversation data.
• Support the ingestion, analysis, and storage (memory) of meeting transcripts and message threads.
• Implement adaptive UX logic that reacts to evidence strength and uncertainty.
• Improve the reliability, clarity, and trustworthiness of AI outputs.
• Iterate quickly by building, testing, and refining new functionalities.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product leads to turn ideas into working software.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate with strong side projects or prototypes.
• Curious, hands‑on, and comfortable figuring things out independently.
• Passionate about building real products, not just completing tasks.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the daily development workflow.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
