Junior Property Manager – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to join our Lisbon office. You will support the management of a diverse portfolio of assets, ranging from offices and commercial buildings to residential properties and hotels, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties, identify maintenance needs and verify lease compliance.
• Assist in the leasing process: show properties, screen tenants, negotiate terms and prepare lease agreements.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance requests with contractors or internal teams.
• Support senior managers in developing property management plans, budgets and performance strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, maintenance logs and tenant communications.
• Perform market research to monitor rental rates, trends and competitor offerings.
• Build and sustain relationships with tenants, vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with the Finance department for budgeting, reporting and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Previous exposure to property management, real estate or a similar environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Negotiation and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
