Junior Project Manager – Remote (Contract)

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support senior Project and Product Managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects. This remote contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in an innovation‑driven environment and enjoys leveraging AI tools to streamline work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior PMs in creating project documentation and independently lead smaller‑scale initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
• Monitor timelines and milestones to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and knowledge bases.
• Conduct research and data analysis using AI tools.
• Use AI prompting and workflow optimization to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or a similar IT role.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalents.
• Strong AI prompting skills for rapid prototyping and output iteration.
• Proficiency in English (B2+), both written and verbal.
• Nice to have: experience working with development teams or a B2B commerce/marketing background.
