Junior Project Manager

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its Lisbon team on a hybrid basis. You will help design digital learning content, support the internal KYC platform and contribute to transformation and Agile initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital learning and training materials.
• Support the internal KYC platform by tracking incidents and communicating with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update training documentation, knowledge repositories and related assets.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align training and communications with operational changes.
• Assist transformation, Agile and change‑management projects, coordinating meetings and monitoring action items.
• Contribute to internal communications and documentation of project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Media, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of internship or trainee experience.
• Strong interest in KYC/AML regulations, client servicing processes and data management fundamentals.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon under a hybrid model.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• E‑learning authoring tools or graphic‑design platforms.
• Video‑editing tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Graphic‑design tools like Canva.
• Agile mindset with familiarity of Scrum and Kanban ceremonies.
