Junior Project Manager – Aerostructures Support

About the role

As a Junior Project Manager you will support the delivery of Transfer of Work projects for Airbus Aerostructures. You will coordinate sub‑projects and work packages, ensuring they meet time, cost and quality targets while acting as the focal point for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project profiles, define service levels and agree interfaces with ordering departments.
• Coordinate project interfaces, manage bids and monitor supplier service levels.
• Develop procedural, industrialisation and technology concepts, including cost evaluations and rough specifications.
• Launch and accompany process, material and procedural qualifications.
• Integrate project content into existing production flows and produce procedural documentation.
• Maintain project reporting, track progress, costs and quality, and organise work‑progress meetings.
• Produce analyses, dashboards and summary documents for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in consulting, project management or a comparable role.
• Proven ability to lead projects with resilience and assertiveness.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills.
• Business‑fluent English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with G Suite.
